To follow directions press for YES - 1 and for NO - 2

Checking messages:

Dial 416.966.9993 - > enter 9 + your extension
Enter password
Follow instructions
Press 2 at any time to forward, delete or save message

When you get a call from the system enter 9 + your extension to access the voicemail.

While listening to the message, you can press:

* (star) to skip the message and save it as "new"
# - to repeat the entire message
1 - to advance to the end of the message
2 - to redirect and/or archive (save) the message
5 - to change the playback volume
7 - to repeat the previous 3 seconds of the message
8 - to pause message playback / press 8 to resume
9 - to advance 3 seconds within the message

Disconnecting form the voice mail press *** (star, star, star)

To set up your personal options (greeting, recorded name etc.) follow the instructions in the computer.

Please, do not set up your transfer/delivery options if you are not sure how they work. To change the forwarding number the system calls you with messages change your "HOME NUMBER" in the delivery options. The "home number" is the default number the computer calls with messages.
